Please read through our tuber sales policies before purchasing.

Tuber Quality:

  • We will only ship out tubers that have viable eyes

  • Once you receive your shipment please inspect your tubers

  • If there are any issues please reach out to us within 5 days of receiving your order. After 5 days have passed the customer assumes responsibility for the tubers.

  • Please understand that we are not responsible for damage once your tubers have been planted out.

Mislabeled Tubers:

  • Unfortunately a mislabeled tuber may get sent out from time to time. If this happens to you its import to us that we make it right. If your dahlia blooms and it is not the variety that you ordered, please send us an email with a photo, and your order number. We will work with you on options to rectify the mistake.

Shipping:

  • All Shipping is a flat rate of $13 per order

  • Orders cannot be combined once placed

  • Unfortunately we are not set up for local pickup and all orders must be shipped.

Cancelations / Refunded Orders

  • Once an order is placed it is considered final and cannot be canceled. However, if we have an issue with tuber quality before they are sent out we reserve the right to refund your order.
